Art is my creative outlet in life.  Creative writing and especially poetry I feel is my most naturally comfortable and easiest method of expressing myself and I really feel I can let go and at ease creating poetry.

My manic depression and atypical autism and experiences of these come into my work.  My poetry and other art (that I merge although poetry is my key saviour!!) are my therapy.  Activism on ableism, mental health conditions, questioning neurotypicality and inspiring interest in neurodivergence to reach a new level of the evolution are all key to me.
