Volunteering at Figment Arts

Support Inspiring Community Arts Projects

Figment Arts is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support exciting community and artist-driven projects: Port Stories, Story Maps and the Eastbrook Manor Community Art Space. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in arts and community engagement while making a meaningful difference in your local area.

At the heart of our work is the Figment Arts Studio,

The studio is a safe and welcoming space for learning-disabled, autistic, and neurodivergent artists to explore and develop their creativity. We offer personalised support needed for artists to work at their own pace. Whether they need help with a project or just a place to try new ideas, the studio gives everyone the freedom to express themselves in a relaxed and supportive environment. It's a space where artists can feel confident, be themselves, and connect with others in a community that values their creativity.

Our shop is back open!

All profits from the sale of our products goes back to the artists directly, or supporting our project work, including our artist studio.

Your purchase will directly help us to continue this work, please check out the shop and pick up some artist-made, original merchandise.
